Besides manufacturing high quality hand tools in its modern facilities, İZELTAŞ produces hot-forged parts for various industry sectors. Parts hot-forged from high grade steel are suplied to automotive, defense, machinery, contruction and agricultural industries. These parts are formed by die-tools, which are designed and manufactured by CAD software and CNC machinery.

Hot-forged parts, produced by free-falling hammers up to 3000kg and hydraulic hammers up to 8000kg, weigh from 50gr to 30kg and ensure forging dimension tolerances in accordance with the related international standarts.

İZELTAŞ Quality Management System is sertified with ISO 9001 and ISO 16949. In 2009, İZELTAŞ also succeeded to acquire ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
